We are dedicated to the advancement of digital fabrication's benefits such as increased precision, speed, customization, and flexibility in manufacturing, prototyping, and creating products, as well as democratizing access to production tools and enabling greater creativity and innovation.
For the wire formers we manufacture, we are seeking an Equipment Sales Representative who can effectively communicate with professionals, educators, and consumers to raise awareness of our products, increase engagement, and drive sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and engage new customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Speak with customers by phone and email, offering information about products, accessories, and services.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events
  • Provide assistance in terms of logistics for events like distributor meetings, webinars & seminars, exhibitions and trade shows
  • Process sales orders, and provide a point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries
  • Resolve product, service, or billing issues or refer it to the appropriate resource internally or externally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, tech support issues, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ensure that customers sending wire and bend files receive prompt attention from the engineering team, and arrange for prompt shipment of samples to customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Gain feedback from customers on their use of the D.I.Wire and its accessories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and customer requirements
  • Engage customers to share their creations and stories with us and the community
  • Assist in the production of marketing literature, ensuring valid, current, and accurate content
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of digital fabrication and related technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
